Problem and Solution: This training addresses the critical need for fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and belonging (DEIB) workplace environment. The solution is a comprehensive training program providing a general overview of DEIB concepts to educate and empower employees and managers.

Audience: The training is designed for all employees and managers, aiming to build a shared understanding and commitment to DEIB principles across the organization.

Responsibilities: I was responsible for both the instructional design and graphic design, ensuring the content is engaging, informative, and visually appealing.

Tools Used: The training was developed using Articulate Storyline 360, with visual elements sourced from freepik.com and supporting materials created with Microsoft Office Suite.

Fostering Kittens 101  

Problem and Solution: The fostering kittens 101 training addresses the need for proper preparation and knowledge among volunteers at animal shelters and rescue organizations. The solution is a comprehensive training program that provides basic information and practical guidance for successfully fostering kittens.
